As we have reported previously, CMS has released revised conditions of participation for nursing homes. LeadingAge has prepared a summary of the overarching areas affected by these proposed requirements. While LeadingAge will submit a formal letter of comment that goes through each issue, it is critical that LeadingAge DC members respond to CMS with concerns about what these proposed changes mean to your communities.
