This webinar will provide an update on the status on implementation of the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings rule. It will provide an analysis of state implementation plans submitted to CMS and emerging themes for aging and disability advocates. The webinar will also discuss ongoing opportunities for consumer engagement and available resources and tools for state advocates.
