The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published a final rule (the “Final Rule”) in the Federal Register on Aug. 4 that implements a number of payment updates, as well as changes and further clarification to the Skilled Nursing Facility(SNF) Value-Based Payment program (VBP) and SNF Quality Reporting Program (QRP).
