Nursing homes may register now for a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) national provider call scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 7 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

CMS will share information about a new Facility Assessment Tool, developed by Stratis Health, to help care centers meet this Phase 2 Requirement of Participation, effective Nov. 28, 2017. CMS will also address frequently asked questions related to revision of the State Operations Manual Appendix PP for Phase 2 of the requirements.
