Last week, CMS hosted a call to discuss a new facility assessment tool developed by Stratis Health available to providers. The presentation from the call is available here. CMS does not guarantee that utilization of this facility assessment tool will deem compliance with the new regulations.

LeadingAge has released a comprehensive facility assessment toolkit for use by members. Both the CMS and the LeadingAge resources are available to members to discern which tools best meet the needs of their teams in reaching compliance with Phase 2 of the RoPs.
