Following a couple of delays, the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has finalized rules as of May 20, 2017 governing Episodic Payment Models for certain cardiac conditions, implementation of a cardiac rehabilitation incentive and expansion of the diagnoses covered under Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement Model.
